UPDATE: At this point it very much looks like Jacobs is playing. If you were going to play him in fantasy, it appears to be safe. Thanks Josh!
As the @Raiders first-team offense begins pregame preparation as a full group, Josh Jacobs is lined up with them. Unless Jon Gruden is part of some elaborate joke (which, let's be real here) it's further proof that Jacobs is indeed playing today. Trent Brown at right tackle, too.

UPDATE: ESPN’s Adam Schefter seems to believe that Jacobs is playing:
Raiders’ RB Josh Jacobs appears to have been joking with the fantasy community and is now going through pre-game warmups. https://t.co/12HDqwxIii

UPDATE: Jacobs is warming up with the team and there is a chance that he is trolling the fantasy community. At this point we just don’t know for sure. It isn’t the best matchup, so if you can sit him, it’s probably the prudent move.
Josh Jacobs might have been trolling the fantasy community.... https://t.co/sDQ8OHDgrQ

Las Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs posts on his Instagram account that despite being active, he will not play against the Colts. That should push Devontae Booker to the lead role, but in a tough matchup and coming off a disappointing game last week. Jacobs is likely close to returning, but not this week.
#Raiders’ RB Josh Jacobs is active today, but he posted on his Instagram story that he’s not playing.
