What to do with Nick Mullens in Week 14 fantasy football

We go over the fantasy football outlook of Nick Mullens ahead of the 49ers Week 14 matchup against Washington.

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Nick Mullens is coming off his most productive game of the season. Last week, against the Buffalo Bills, he threw for 316 yards and three touchdowns, both season highs. Unfortunately, he also threw two picks, which was not a season-high (it’s happened three times). This week he faces a tougher challenge against the Washington Football Team.

Fantasy Football analysis: 49ers QB Nick Mullens

The positive thing this week for Mullen and the 49ers is that he has a mostly full complement of skill players around him. Brandon Aiyuk returned to action last week, and makes a nice 1-2 punch for the quarterback combined with Deebo Samuel.

They’ll need all of their weapons this week. Washington is coming off a win over the Steelers. That upset was powered largely by the Football Team’s defensive front, which can harass quarterbacks into costly mistakes, which is a big concern with Mullens. He’s a decent option for lineups this week, but you can probably find safer starters.
