What to do with Jared Cook in Week 14 fantasy football

We go over the fantasy football outlook of Jared Cook ahead of the Saints Week 14 matchup against the Eagles.

Jared Cook saw his most significant action of the Taysom Hill era last week against the Falcons. The New Orleans Saints tight end was targeted five times last week, catching three passes for 28 yards and a touchdown. Despite those numbers, you can leave Cook out of your fantasy football lineup this week against the Eagles.

Fantasy Football analysis: Saints TE Jared Cook

The problem for Cook is that he’s just not seeing enough looks from Hill. His five targets last week nearly doubled the targets he saw in the two games before that with Hill under center. His touchdown was a little fluky too because the Saints aren’t using him much in the red zone because of what Hill brings to the running game.

Outside of Robert Tonyan’s performance with the Packers last week, the Eagles haven’t given up more than 50 yards to a tight end since Week 8 against Dallas.
