What to do with Baker Mayfield in Week 14 fantasy football

We go over the fantasy football outlook of Baker Mayfield ahead of the Browns Week 14 matchup against the Ravens on Monday Night Football.

If you took a chance on Baker Mayfield last week, you were handsomely rewarded. The Cleveland Browns quarterback threw four touchdown passes and a season-high 334 yards against the Titans. He didn’t throw any interceptions either, a streak that’s now at five games. He’ll have a tougher task this week against the Ravens.

Fantasy Football analysis: Browns QB Baker Mayfield

Mayfield now has six touchdowns in his last two games, after three games without a single score. It’s enough to make a fantasy player a little extra cautious about starting him.

No opposing QB has had more than two touchdown passes against the Ravens except for Patrick Mahomes. They’ve also intercepted quarterbacks three times in their last three games. The hope for the Browns here is that play-action passing has been a problem for the Ravens this season, most notably in losses to the Patriots and Titans. That gives Mayfield some decent value this week. Yeah, four touchdowns are probably out of the question, but two doesn’t seem like such a stretch.
