Game day update: With the Cardinals offense struggling, their wide receivers have seen a drop in production lately. DeAndre Hopkins hasn’t had more than 60 yards in a game over his last three outings, but he’s got a decent shot to shake it off this week. ESPN is projecting 16.3 points for Hopkins this week. Christian Kirk, who had just one catch last week, it projected to score 8.33 points this week, and Larry Fitzgerald is right behind with 8.29 points.

Last week, DeAndre Hopkins saw the second-most targets (13) he’s seen in a game this season since the first week of the season. But he came away with just 52 yards on eight catches, with one touchdown to keep his fantasy numbers decent. The Cardinals' passing game isn’t producing at the same clip it was earlier this season, and their receivers don’t have an easy matchup this week, despite what it may look like on paper, against the New York Giants.

Fantasy Football analysis: Cardinals WRs DeAndre Hopkins, Christian Kirk, Larry Fitzgerald

We’re all still in a little bit of shock that the Giants beat the Seahawks last week, and it’s notable that DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett combined for just over 140 yards and no touchdowns. The week before that, they limited the Bengals (granted, without QB Joe Burrow) receivers to just 59 yards. Only three receivers have had more than 100 yards against this team.

The Giants are still prone to giving up touchdowns, allowing 10 so far to opposing receivers. That keeps Hopkins’ value high this week. Besides, even though he hasn’t topped 60 yards in a game since Week 10, he’s just too good to leave out of your lineup.

Kirk’s numbers have fallen off lately too. Since his 127-yard outing in Week 9, he’s only had more than 50 yards in one game. He’s capable of breaking out for a big one, but it’s hard to trust him given his recent run as anything more than a WR4. Fitzgerald is an important part of Arizona’s offense as a chain-mover, but he doesn’t have much fantasy appeal.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Start DeAndre Hopkins as a WR1. Start Christian Kirk as a WR4. Sit Larry Fitzgerald.
