Plenty of fantasy managers had their eyes on Russell Gage to pick up the slack when Calvin Ridley was ruled out for the Atlanta Falcons’ Week 9 contest against the Denver Broncos. Olamide Zaccheaus surprisingly stole the show to lead Atlanta’s receiving corps though and could be a desirable waiver wire target ahead of Week 10. If you need help at wide receiver in your season-long league Zaccheaus could be one of the better options available.
Zaccheaus caught four passes for 103 yards and a score against Denver in a breakout performance. He was targeted six times and should have significant upside given that the Falcons entered Week 9 leading the NFL in passing yards. Zaccheaus is widely available in fantasy leagues and is only rostered in 0.3 percent of ESPN leagues. He could be worth taking a flier on in deeper leagues, but it’s unlikely that he’ll produce like this again with Ridley back in the fold.
