Chris Carson, Carlos Hyde out vs. Bills in Week 9

Seattle will be without their Top 2 running backs for the second straight week.

The Seattle Seahawks till be without Chris Carson and Carlos Hyde when they face the Buffalo Bills, per the injury report. Carson has a foot injury while Hyde is out with a hamstring injury. Last week DeeJay Dallas saw the majority of the work and despite poor efficiency statistics, scored twice.

This week they are likely to activate Alex Collins to supplement Dallas and Travis Homer, but it is difficult to know if he will have much work after such a long layoff. I’d expect Dallas to be the lead back again, but he might not see 79 percent of the snaps this time around.

Last week against the 49ers, Dallas rushed 18 times for 41 yards and a touchdown, adding five receptions for 17 yards and another touchdown. The Bills have been much worse against the run than the 49ers, ranking 24th in run defense DVOA while giving up the fifth-most rushing yards and fourth-most rushing touchdowns.
