While the teams in the NFC East as a whole have been hilariously bad as the the Philadelphia Eagles lead the division a 3-6-1, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t individual talents exciting to watch. If you’re a Terry McLaurin owner, you have to be a fairly happy fantasy owner as far as his production. Here’s a look at his matchup on Thanksgiving Day.
Fantasy Football analysis: Washington WR Terry McLaurin
In its last time out, the Washington Football Team went with a heavy rushing attack, but McLaurin still had a productive fantasy performance. He caught five of seven targets for 84 yards to lead Washington pass catchers.
Though the numbers aren’t eye popping, the fact McLaurin can put up those numbers in a game that didn’t feature the passing game all that much is encouraging. Better days are ahead for him and the Washington passing game.
McLaurin will match up against the Dallas Cowboys pass defense that ranks 15th in the NFL, allowing an average of 232.6 yards per game through the air. In its last time out, Dallas allowed Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Adam Thielen to catch eight passes for 123 yards and two touchdowns. In addition, Justin Jefferson had 86 yards on three catches and a touchdown.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
McLaurin has entered into wide receiver No. 1 status for fantasy purposes, though he’s on the lower end of the top wideouts. Get him in your lineup this week regardless of the size of the league.
