Another week, another underwhelming performance from an NFC East-leading team. The Philadelphia Eagles fell flat on their faces and were unable to start to pull away from the rest of the division, losing 27-17 to the New York Giants. Coming off of his worst fantasy showing of the season, can Carson Wentz turn the tides for the Eagles in Week 11?
Fantasy Football analysis: Eagles QB Carson Wentz
For the first time this season, Wentz didn’t reach ten DKFP. To be more accurate, he didn’t even reach nine, ending with 8.72 DKFP on 208 passing yards and zero touchdowns. This week presents an opportunity for the Philly QB to put two poor performances in the rearview and drive up the fantasy points against a Cleveland Browns defense that allows the ninth-most DKFP per game to opposing passers. If you throw out the last two Browns games, which were both affected greatly by weather, the defense has had an extremely difficult time keeping opponents out of the end zone. This could be a get-right spot for Carson Wentz, especially with most of his weapons at full health.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
Start Wentz in two-QB leagues, though he should be at the low end of starter consideration for one-QB 12-team leagues.
