Thursday update: Perriman was limited once again at practice on Thursday. He remains on the low end of the WR pool if he is able to go on Sunday.

The New York Jets can’t catch a break. Quarterback Sam Darnold remains sidelined with a shoulder injury and now wide receiver Breshad Perriman is dealing with a shoulder injury. Perriman is limited in the team’s Week 11 Wednesday practice, per Ethan Greenberg.

Perriman has dealt with a concussion, a hamstring injury, and an ankle injury at different times this season. They’ve cost him games in Weeks 3-5 and Week 8. The team is coming off a bye, so this likely was a Week 9 injury.

It’s helpful that he’s getting at least some practice in, but limited coming out of a bye is always concerning. If he is limited all week he would be a decent bet to play, but it will be something to track the rest of the week.

The Jets face the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 11. Perriman is coming off his best game of the season prior to the bye, catching five passes for 101 yards and two touchdowns against the New England Patriots.
