In an unforgettable performance that unfortunately won’t be remembered by the patrons, Dustin Johnson dominated the 2020 Masters with a -20 (268), the lowest score in Masters Tournament history.

Johnson shot 65-70-65-68, making one of the most challenging tests in golf almost look easy via mammoth drives leading to easy wedge approaches. His knowledge of the greens that seemed almost preternatural, and he used his complete game to lap the field to win his second major. Johnson also won the 2016 US Open at Chambers Bay, but also had a long list of near-misses he can begin to put behind him with the win today.

Finishing tied for second were Cameron Smith and South Korean Sungjae Im. Smith also set a Masters record, becoming the first golfer in history to post four rounds in the 60’s at Augusta National. The Australian has a long history of amateur success, and should be amongst the favorites when the tournament takes place again just six months from now.

Johnson began the tournament at +1000 to don the green jacket in Butler Cabin, behind only Bryson DeChambeau and Jon Rahm according to the bookmakers.

Here is the final leaderboard for the 2020 Masters Tournament:
