There’s a place in your fantasy lineup for one of the two tight ends on the Pittsburgh Steelers’ roster, even with a tough game this week against the Baltimore Ravens. Though you probably shouldn’t expect a huge point total from Eric Ebron, the potential for a solid contribution is there.

Fantasy Football analysis: Steelers TE Eric Ebron, Vance McDonald

After a meager nine-yard outing in Week 6, Ebron had a solid day last week with six catches on eight targets for 50 yards. It was his second highest output of the season. He has only scored one touchdown, but the potential is there for another. What’s interesting about this week’s game is that the Ravens have given up three touchdown to tight ends this season, which is the same number they’ve allowed opposing wide receivers to score. Heck, running backs have only scored against the Ravens twice this year. So the potential is there for Ebron to have a solid outing.

McDonald is a role player, and that role does not include much in the way of production. You can leave him on the bench or on the wire.
