We go over Drew Brees’ fantasy football outlook ahead of the Saints Week 8 matchup against the Bears.

Drew Brees enters Chicago as his Saints play a very game Bears team. Can Brees handle the cold weather and how will his fantasy value be impacted?

Fantasy Football analysis: Saints QB Drew Brees

Brees has had a subpar season compared to seasons of old. His arm is just not the same it once was. While last time out he did have a very positive game throwing for 29 of 36 passes for 287 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions. Against this tough Bears defense and factoring in adverse weather and an injury plagued receiver room, his chances of success seem slim. He will still have Alvin Kamara out of the backfield and he can be an asset, but not enough for big fantasy value. As evidence, his longest pass went for just 23 yards last week and while his completions are great, weather and a great defense will be hard to play against.
