What to do with T.Y. Hilton, Zach Pascal in Week 4 fantasy football

Do any members of the Colts receiving corps provide fantasy value?

The Colts offense has been struck hard by the injury bug this season, leaving few options for Phillip Rivers to look to through the air. Luckily for the Colts, their defense did most of the work against a bumbling Jets offense in Week 3. The Colts will have more work cut out for them in Week 4, as they take on the Bears and their new starting quarterback, Nick Foles. Can you trust either of these wide receivers in your Week 4 lineup? We break down the fantasy implications below.

Fantasy Football analysis: Colts WRs T.Y. Hilton, Zach Pascal

T.Y. Hilton is off to a very slow start this year. He has yet to reach double digit fantasy points and hasn’t surpassed 53 yards in any game this season. Parris Campbell seemed to surpass Hilton as the top target earlier in the year and Michael Pittman Jr. was gaining some steam, yet they have both been placed on IR and Hilton is yet again back at the top of this depleted squad. Chicago is allowing an average of 245 yards through the air this season and those yards have to go to somebody. If Hilton’s target volume returns to the range of Week 1 (nine) he could provide fantasy value as a WR3/flex.

Zach Pascal is the next man up in a banged up offense. He managed to find the endzone in Week 2, but has not topped 34 yards in any game this season. He also has yet to see more targets. Phillip Rivers has shown an inclination to look to his tight ends more often lately and T.Y. Hilton is likely to garner more looks due to recent injuries. While Pascal should see an uptick in targets as well ,it may not be enough to provide decent fantasy value. It’s safest to leave Pascal on benches for the time being.
