How and what to watch for Kentucky vs. Ole Miss

The Ole Miss Rebels and Kentucky Wildcats are two SEC foes trying stave off an 0-2 start this to the 2020 season after dropping their respective season openers last week.

While getting lit up by Kyle Trask and the Florida offense for 51 points wasn’t pleasant, optimism abounds in Oxford, MS, as first-year Lane Kiffin’s offense showed promise in the loss. Former blue-chip quarterback prospect Matt Corral threw for 395 yards and three touchdowns while star receiver Elijah Moore (whose Egg Bowl celebration set off an insane chain reaction in college football) hauled in a ridiculous 227 yards on 10 receptions.

Meanwhile, the Wildcats did all the could to muck up their season opener at Auburn. UK trailed 8-7 at the half before three second half Bo Nix touchdowns pushed the Tigers past the visitors from Lexington.
