Thursday PM update: Jalen Reagor will play against the Cowboys, per Geoff Mosher of Inside Birds. Dallas Goedert’s status remains up in the air, but he continues to get practices in. Reagor should quickly be worth a fantasy start in a strong matchup with a weak Dallas secondary.
Thursday update: Jalen Reagor and Dallas Goedert are both practicing again on Thursday, per Thomas R. Petersen. All reports sound positive for both, but Reagor appears the more likely of the two to suit up this week against Dallas, as Goedert’s injury is one that the team may be more cautious with, especially with a bye week on the horizon.
Wednesday PM update: Both Reagor and Goedert are practicing in pads. We would expect them to be listed as limited, but this is a good sign:
Dallas Goedert and Jalen Reagor look pretty good in individual drills. Reagor is catching the ball clean. #Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles are getting closer to getting back two big pieces for their passing game as both Jalen Reagor and Dallas Goedert have been activated from injured reserve, per ESPN’s TIm McManus. Reagor tore the UCL in his thumb and was given a 6-8 week timetable while Goedert hurt his ankle and was hopeful to return after his three weeks of I.R.
Both players now have a 21-day window to return to the active roster, so this activation doesn’t mean they will play in Week 8. But, the Eagles are desperate for help, so they will at least see how close they are to returning and give them a shot to prove they are ready.
But, the Eagles also have a bye week next week and could easily err on the side of caution with both. But, if you can grab either off the waiver wire and hold them through the bye, you should do that. Travis Fulgham isn’t going away, but Fulgham, Reagor and Goedert would likely be the top targets when they meet the Giants in Week 10.
