The Seahawks’ pass-first offense has been one of the more pleasant revelations of the 2020 NFL season so far. It’s also meant that for the first time in a long time, there’s more than one Seattle receiver capable of putting up big fantasy points week after week. Here’s how the outlook for this unit shapes up for this week’s game against the Cardinals
Fantasy Football analysis: Seahawks WRs D.K. Metcalf, Tyler Lockett, David Moore
While their overall target share for the season is so far pretty much even, Metcalf has been on fire lately, while Lockett has seen his production dip over Seattle’s last two games. Metcalf had six grabs on 11 targets in their last game, against the Vikings, posting 93 yards and two touchdowns. Lockett had four catches on five targets for just 44 yards.
Lockett should bounce back, while there’s no reason to expect Metcalf to slow down anytime soon. Better still, the Cardinals defense is generous enough that both receivers could have big games this week.
David Moore is another weapon in Russell Wilson’s arsenal, but he’s not a consistent enough performer to merit fantasy consideration.
This week, Metcalf is a great play as a WR1. Lockett should be good as a second or third receiver or flex spot in fantasy lineups.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
Start DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett. Sit David Moore.
