The Jacksonville Jaguars have been far from successful in 2020, but Gardner Minshew has managed to crack the top 15 among fantasy quarterbacks through six weeks. He’ll get a chance to move up the standings against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 7.

Fantasy Football analysis: Jaguars QB Gardner Minshew

Minshew ranks sixth in passing yards this year, and only two quarterbacks have thrown more passes than him. The Chargers have given up the fourth-most passing yards per game in the NFL so far, so there’s a good chance Minshew will produce at a high level. He has four games under his belt with multiple touchdown passes. Even against the Colts, who have the best passing defense in the NFL so far this season, Minshew threw for three touchdowns going 19-of-20 passing against them in Week 1. If Minshew finds rhythm early, he could put together an impressive performance.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Start Minshew against a Chargers secondary that’s underperformed all year.
