What to do with Teddy Bridgewater in Week 7 fantasy football

We go over Teddy Bridgewater’s fantasy football outlook ahead of the Panthers Week 7 matchup against the Saints.

Teddy Bridgewater has been an upgrade for the Carolina Panthers under center in 2020 and ranks fourth in the league in completion percentage (70.9). He struggled against the Chicago Bears in his last outing, but has a chance to bounce back against the New Orleans Saints in Week 7.

Fantasy Football analysis: Panthers QB Teddy Bridgewater

New Orleans has been great against the run all season but has struggled against opposing passing attacks. Justin Herbert threw for four scores against the Saints with Keenan Allen out for most of the game, and Carolina has a more talented receiving corps. Janoris Jenkins could miss another game with his hamstring injury and weaken the Saints secondary against speedsters like D.J. Moore and Robby Anderson. If Curtis Samuel returns from injury after missing Week 6, New Orleans could be in trouble. The Saints will have to generate plenty of pressure to rattle one of the NFL’s most accurate passers.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Start Bridgewater against a Saints defense that’s given up at least three passing touchdowns in four straight games. He has too many options to not pick New Orleans apart.
