Game day update: ESPN projects Terry McLaurin at 15.1 points in PPR leagues and Dontrelle Inman at 7.8 points. Cam Sims is projected at 5.6 with the rest of the receiver corps dealing with a host of injuries. Antonio Gandy-Golden and Isaiah Wright were both ruled out this week, which opens the door for Sims to see a few targets.

No matter who is under center for the Washington Football Team, it’s clear they have gotten the message: Throw to Terry McLaurin. He has given Washington no reason to stop doing that, so prepare for him to soak up a ton more looks this week against a Dallas defense that is one of the NFL’s worst at covering wideouts. Dontrelle Inman will try to get involved as well.

Fantasy Football analysis: Washington WRs Terry McLaurin, Dontrelle Inman

Inman hasn’t done much this season. He did score twice in Week 3, but otherwise, he’s actually coming off of his best statistical performance; he caught each of his five targets versus the Giants for a season-high 45 yards. Tight end Logan Thomas and wide receiver Isaiah Wright didn’t practice Wednesday, so Inman could get more opportunities in a green-light matchup if those men are inactive Sunday.

The real star here is McLaurin. One of the best young wideouts in the game, he is among the NFL’s top 10 in receptions, receiving yards and targets. He has scored only once, but that could definitely change this week as the Cowboys have given up nine receiving scores to WRs, which is tied for the league-high. Best of all, McLaurin has shown he can produce regardless of who’s playing quarterback. In Dwayne Haskins Jr.’s last start in Week 4, McLaurin posted a 10-118-0 line versus the Ravens. With Kyle Allen in Week 6, he had a 7-74-0 box score on 12 targets.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

McLaurin is a laughably cheap $5,800 on DraftKings. He’ll be one of the chalkiest cash-game plays this week. Inman is worth a shot at $3,600 if only for the matchup and Washington’s possible dearth of warm bodies at receiver.
