There are a couple D/STs widely available that either have good matchups heading into Week 7, or had successful Week 6 performances, or could benefit from opponent injuries. With that in mind, here are three D/STs with under 50% ownership in traditional fantasy football leagues that managers can consider picking up for Week 7.

Philadelphia Eagles (31 percent)

The Eagles have been giving up plenty of points this season, but they’ve also been getting to the quarterback, ranking seventh in adjusted sack rate. They rank fourth with 21 sacks and third with 52 quarterback hurries. Daniel Jones has been sacked the fourth-most times and has the fourth-most interceptions. The Eagles will be ranked as a Top-5 D/ST this week and make for a great streaming target.

Washington Football Team (33 percent)

If you burned your eyes watching Andy Dalton and the Cowboys on Monday Night Football, you’re probably keen on grabbing whoever they play next. Washington is who they play.

Los Angeles Chargers (29 percentage)

The Chargers haven’t been quite the defense many expected this season, as injuries have hurt them and some top players haven’t played as well as hoped. But they do get a good matchup against the Jaguars and Gardner Minshew. Minshew has been average this season with five interceptions and has led his team to 28th in points per game.
