The Philadelphia Eagles are back at practice to open Week 7 as they begin preparations for Thursday Night Football. They’ll face the New York Giants and are hoping to get wide receivers DeSean Jackson and Alshon Jeffery back from hamstring and foot injuries, respectively. To open the week, they remain limited in practice.

Last week, the two receivers were listed as limited all three days and then were ruled out on the final injury report released on Friday. The team did not have a full practice session, but the estimated report had both receivers once again listed as limited.

Jackson has been listed as limited multiple weeks in a row now, while Jeffery was upgraded to limited last week. They’ve been making progress, but will three more days of prep be enough time? It’s too soon to tell. It’s the earliest game of the week however, so you won’t be waiting late to make your roster decisions. We’ll see what happens once the Eagles hit the practice field in earnest on Tuesday.
