The New York Jets are a disaster of a team but they did offer one impressive play in Week 6 against the Miami Dolphins. Ryan Fitzpatrick was aiming to throw it deep but safety Marcus Maye made one of the most spectacular interceptions we may see this year. And for a team well known for Mark Sanchez’s butt fumble, buttception was born.
This interception by @alldayMAYE was INSANE #Jets pic.twitter.com/J3dVNoQUIn

Reporters on hand offered a pair of names for the interception. Buttception sounds better while butt pick sounds ... well....
Either way, this is a worthy successor to the butt fumble and it feels fitting that the Jets are the ones to outdo themselves in the use of the butt in a turnover.
BUTTCEPTION!!!!!
