Game status: Chark is ACTIVE for Week 6.

Game day update: Chark is “likely to play” on Sunday, but the Jaguars will test him pre-game before making their decision, per Adam Schefter.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver DJ Chark is listed as questionable on this week’s injury report. He’s dealing with an ankle injury. Chark did get in some practice time on Friday, in a limited role, and head coach Doug Marrone sounded optimistic about Chark’s chances of playing on Sunday against the Lions.

Fantasy impact: Jaguars WR DJ Chark

Chark was forced out of last week’s contest with the Texans, leaving the game with just three catches for 16 yards. It was a huge let down one week after he finally shrugged off injuries from earlier in the season and broke out for 95 yards and a pair of touchdowns against the Bengals.

Though the chances of him playing this week look good, there’s still no guarantee. Fortunately, it’s an early Sunday kickoff, so keep an eye on the active/inactive list when it gets released 90 minutes ahead of time. Chark’s numbers could be limited even if he does play.
