What to do with Patrick Mahomes in Week 6 fantasy football

We go over Patrick Mahomes’ fantasy football outlook ahead of the Chiefs Week 6 matchup against the Bills.

Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs are headed up to Buffalo this week for a Monday afternoon matinee against the Bills. The game is expected to be one of the more high-scoring affairs on the slate for Week 6, which could be a nice bounce back game after a rough outing last week for Mahomes.

Fantasy Football analysis: Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes

Mahomes has 1,474 passing yards, good enough for fourth in the league, and only two quarterbacks have thrown more than his 11 touchdown passes. But he’s coming off one of his rougher outings. Mahomes was able to complete just over 51 percent of his passes last week against the Raiders. That game also saw him throw his first interception of the season, but he did salvage his fantasy stats with a rushing touchdown.

Still, it’s one bad outing for Mahomes, and by normal standards, it was still productive. He’s one of the league’s best quarterbacks, and his team has a potential shootout on its hands this week.
