It looks a little like the Indianapolis Colts currently have a three-person running back committee. But if you dig a little deeper into the numbers, it becomes clear that Jonathan Taylor is the main man there, which is the main thing to know heading into this week’s game against the Browns.
Fantasy Football analysis: Colts RBs Jonathan Taylor, Nyheim Hines, Jordan Wilkins
Taylor edged both Hines and Wilkins in carries last week against the Bears; he had 17, while the other two had nine apiece. Taylor posted 68 yards on the ground in that one. The Bears also snapped Taylor’s touchdown streak. That game was a defensive tit-for-tat that erased much of what the Colts can do when they run the ball.
Hines has some appeal as for FLEX spots, as he still gets more work in the passing game, but Taylor is a pretty clear No. 1 overall and belongs in your lineup. He’s not a bad deal in DFS this week either, costing just $6,200 in DraftKings leagues this week.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
Start Jonathan Taylor. Sit Nyheim Hines and Jordan Wilkins.
