This Saturday Ali AlQaisi will meet Tony Kelley in a bantamweight bout on the preliminary card of UFC Fight Island 5, an event that will be live from Fight Island in Abu Dhabi and available on ESPN+.

Kelley will come in as a -220 favorite but many aren’t banking on him winning. He’s 6-2 in his MMA career and 0-1 at the UFC level. Kelley has averaged 7.6 significant strikes per minute with just that one match as a sample size. He was taken down five times in that bout, so Kelley clearly isn’t a big-time grappler.

His opponent, Jordan-born AlQaisi, is entering with a 8-4 MMA record, also 0-1 in the UFC. He was the opposite of Kelley though with fewer strikes yet the same amount of takedowns in that lone bout. Both have opposite styles of fighting, and both need this win to kickstart their respective UFC career.

Here are the betting splits at DraftKings Sportsbook for Ali AlQaisi vs. Tony Kelley at UFC Fight Island 5 on October 10th.

Betting splits

Ali AlQaisi: +170, (27% of action, 47% of bets)
