Friday morning update: Odell Beckham Jr. was back at practice today, as the Plan Dealer’s Mary Kay Cabot posted a short clip of him running in individual drills. He appears likely to play against Dallas on Sunday, but with any back injury, he likely isn’t 100 percent.

Cleveland Browns receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is dealing with an injury ahead of his team’s Week 4 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys. The wideout was limited in practice on Thursday because of a back injury. His injury appears to be recent as he wasn’t on the injury report on Wednesday.
Beckham is meant to be Cleveland’s top pass catcher and leads the team in targets (22) and receiving yards (155). However, he’s still struggling to develop chemistry with Baker Mayfield. Beckham has only caught 50 percent of the passes thrown his way in 2020. The Browns have thrown the third-fewest passes (85) in the NFL and have made getting Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt the priority on offense.
There’s been no indication that Beckham won’t be available on Sunday, but if he’s ruled out Jarvis Landry and Austin Hooper could get more attention in the passing game. The Browns’ dynamic backfield duo should continue to get most of the work though.
