What to do with Jerry Jeudy, Tim Patrick, K.J. Hamler in Week 4 fantasy football

We go over the best Broncos wide receiver plays ahead of their Thursday matchup against the Jets in Week 4.

The Denver Broncos are down a starting quarterback and a star receiver, as Drew Lock (shoulder) and Courtland Sutton (knee) are both injured and won’t play against the New York Jets in Thursday’s Week 4 matchup. One of the Broncos other receivers has to step up. Let’s go over the fantasy football outlook for Jerry Jeudy, Tim Patrick, and K.J. Hamler.

Fantasy Football analysis: Broncos WRs Jerry Jeudy, Tim Patrick, K.J. Hamler

Jerry Jeudy is a little banged up with a rib injury, but has acted as Denver’s WR1 for most of the season. He leads the Broncos in targets (24) but is second to tight end Noah Fant in receptions and receiving yards. Tim Patrick could be a sleeper worth keeping an eye on, but it appears like K.J. Hamler could bump him down a spot on the depth chart before long. Hamler has tallied 12 targets despite only playing in two games. Patrick has 14 targets in three games and only has 18 more receiving yards than Halmer, whose speed makes him dynamic in the open field.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Jeudy is worth a start in season-long fantasy and DFS, but I’d opt for Hamler as a punt play over Patrick. Hamler was on the field for 92 percent of Denver’s offensive snaps in Week 3. Neither Jeudy or Patrick beat that mark last week.
