Game status: Jamison Crowder is ACTIVE for Week 4 Thursday Night Football.
UPDATE: Jamison Crowder is expected to play on TNF, per reports, and while he will not be 100 percent, his return further downgrades these receivers.
There wasn’t much to be excited about in the Jets 36-7 loss to the Colts last weekend. There’s even less to be excited about if you’re invested in the Jets receiving core against the Denver Broncos this week.
Sam Darnold threw three interceptions and made it difficult if you were relying on any production from the Jets receivers. The lone bright spot was a passing touchdown to Braxton Berrios.
Fantasy Football analysis: Jets WRs Braxton Berrios, Chris Hogan, Lawrence Cager
Braxon Berrios was the only noticeable Jets receiver with decent production last week. Darnold spread around the targets to all four of Braxton Berrios, Chris Hogan, Lawrence Cager, and the Colts defense.
If you’re really interested in some of the Jets receivers for some reason, you could talk yourself into one of them based off the Broncos defense. The Denver defense is bottom five in the league, giving up 277 yards per game. You could risk it for the biscuit as the kids say with Braxton Berrios.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
You should sit all three of these guys unless you’re desperate. Even then, perhaps consider an empty slot.
