Sekou Doumbouya is wasting no time becoming a household name with Blake Griffin out for the Detroit Pistons. Dr. DOUM put Tristan Thompson on a poster early in Tuesday’s game between Detroit and Cleveland. Check out this MASSIVE dunk via the Pistons’ Twitter:

Sekou has been starting in place of the injured Griffin with Markieff Morris also sidelined, and the rookie is starting to look like a seasoned vet with dunks like this one. I urged all of you to scoop Doumbouya up off the waiver wire after we got the Griffin knee surgery news, so yeah, if this doesn’t convince you, I don’t know what will.
