Miles Sanders returns to game after halftime

Eagles running back hurt, adding to the Eagles already extensive injury list.

UPDATE: Third quarter: Miles Sanders has returned to the field.

Miles Sanders went down just before halftime and stayed down for a while before getting up and limping to the locker room. We don’t know the exact injury, but Sanders was dealing with an ankle sprain he suffered against the Giants last week and could have tweaked the injury.

Boston Scott would see the biggest increase in usage if Sanders misses any time, as Jordan Howard has yet to touch the ball against the Seahawks. We will keep you updated on his status.
