UPDATE: Jan. 29, 8:46 p.m. — The Nets have announced that Temple will be available to return after getting stitches.
After a collision with DeAndre Jordan's elbow that left his eye bloody, Garrett Temple will be available to return, the Nets say. He received stitches.

Attempting to block a shot, Deandre Jordan accidentally elbowed Garrett Temple in the face, opening up a cut. He quickly went to the locker room with Brooklyn Nets’ trainers and will likely have to get stitched up in the locker room. Prior to the injury, Temple was off to a hot start. In 10 minutes, he scored eight points and dished out a pair of assists.
