Denver Nuggets PF/C Mason Plumlee is expected to miss 2-4 weeks due to a foot injury, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported early Wednesday.
Denver Nuggets center Mason Plumlee is expected to miss two weeks to a month with a right foot injury, league sources tell ESPN.

Plumlee appeared to sustain an ankle injury in Monday’s game against the Timberwolves, playing just 10 minutes before exiting. Now, it looks like Denver is down another big man for an extended period of time, already without Paul Millsap. The Nuggets are a deep team, so they’ll be able to endure this type of injury, but it’ll be difficult to remain at the top of the West much longer.
Fantasy basketball analysis: Denver Nuggets front court
Now that the Nuggets are down Plumlee and Millsap, there aren’t many bodies to turn to. If you own Nikola Jokic, good on you. He’s going to have a ton of offense ran through him — especially if Jamal Murray and Gary Harris remain out. As for bigs, Jerami Grant will fill in at backup PF/C for the Nuggets. He’s played very well given the playing time this season and is widely available in season-long fantasy basketball — he’s 19.1% owned on ESPN. At this point, Michael Porter Jr. is probably off the waiver wire, but if he isn’t, scoop him up immediately.
