UPDATE 2nd half: Tevin Coleman is ruled OUT for second half of the game. Raheem Mostert will continue to dominate carries with Matt Breida likely getting in some work as well. Coleman returned to the 49ers sideline with his right arm in a sling.

Tevin Coleman stayed down after a four-yard run in the second quarter. He was tackled on Green Bay’s 13-yard line by strong safety Adrian Amos and stayed down. When he was finally able to get up, he appeared to favor his upper body on right side before he was taken away on the cart. He was in some obvious pain.

On-field reporter Chris Meyers says Coleman has an elbow injury and will go in for x-rays, but the 49ers are calling it a shoulder injury.

Raheem Mostert will take on an even bigger role, while Matt Breida should see more time while Coleman is out. We will keep you updated on his status.
