DFS sleepers to consider for Titans in AFC title game

The Tennessee Titans are officially giant slayers, as they’ve now toppled the New England Patriots and Baltimore Ravens en route to the AFC title game. They’ll face the Kansas City Chiefs for a chance to compete in Super Bowl 54. Derrick Henry is powering Tennessee’s offense, but we identified a few DFS sleepers you should keep an eye on.

WR A.J. Brown

I usually wouldn’t pick any team’s WR1 as a sleeper, but Brown is the exception. The rookie has been a non-factor through two playoff games this season, and Ryan Tannehill’s low passing volume hasn’t given him many opportunities to make plays. Brown has tallied two receptions for 13 yards in the playoffs, but ranked second in yards per catch (20.2) during the regular season. He has big-play ability and doesn’t take much to get going. Next Sunday just might be his lucky day.

TE Jonnu Smith

Tannehill hasn’t thrown the ball much lately, but he has made use of his tight ends in the red zone. Two of Tannehill’s three touchdown passes this postseason have gone to tight ends. One was to Anthony Firkser in the Wild Card round and the other was to Smith the following week. Smith is the Titans’ top option at tight end, and he could haul in another touchdown if Tennessee wants to trick opponents by throwing near the goal line instead of letting Henry punch the ball in.
