Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews is still dealing with the ankle injury he suffered ahead of Week 17. He has been limited in practice this week but is expected to play even if he isn’t at 100 percent, according to The Athletic’s Jeff Zrebiec.
Andrews has been the most important pass catcher in the Ravens’ offense this year. Despite his ankle’s health, he could see more work than usual in the Divisional Round because of the uncertainty around Mark Ingram’s status.
Fantasy football analysis: Ravens TE Mark Andrews
Andrews leads the Ravens in targets (98), receptions (64), receiving yards (852), and receiving touchdowns (10) this year. If Lamar Jackson has less consistency from the running back position without Ingram, he might throw the ball more, which could benefit Andrews. Marquise Brown could also see a bump in production because of this, but Jackson will probably make more intermediate throws than the long balls Brown specializes in catching.
