Aaron Gordon (right calf tightness) will not play tonight.
Orlando Magic F Aaron Gordon is questionable to play Friday night vs. the Phoenix Suns, while backup PG D.J. Augustin has been ruled out.
@OrlandoMagic point guard D.J. Augustin (left knee contusion) will not play tonight against @Suns, coach Steve Clifford said. Josh Magette will move into the backup PG role behind Markelle Fultz. Clifford said Augustin's knee has been bothering him for a few games.

.@OrlandoMagic PF Aaron Gordon (right calf tightness) said he suffered his injury in the third quarter of Wednesday’s win over @WashWizards. His availability tonight vs. @Suns is very much in question because of the severity of his injury. He had 32 pts vs. PHX in December.

So we really don’t know what Gordon’s status will be and he could be closer to a game-time decision. I’d keep an eye on that leading up to lock tonight. Augustin is out, so Markelle Fultz will play most of the minutes at PG, but we know from John Denton’s tweet that Josh Magette will see a fair amount of playing time off the bench. At $3,000 on DraftKings, he’s going to be a top value selection for Orlando. If the Magic blow out the Suns, then Magette should see a ton of run. If Gordon is out, Terrence Ross ($4,500) and Wes Iwundu ($3,600) would see more minutes as a result.
