Opening point spreads for January 10th NBA schedule

We’ve got 10 games to kick off the weekend in the NBA and we’ll be looking at the initial point spreads on DraftKings Sportsbook. But before we do that, let’s go over a few things to note on the schedule. In terms of streaks — surprise, surprise, the Los Angeles Lakers have won six in a row. They’ll travel to Dallas to take on Luka Doncic and the Mavericks, who will remain without Kristaps Porzingis.

We’ve got a Central division matchup vs. the Chicago Bulls and Indiana Pacers, who may be down two key players. Malcolm Brogdon and Domantas Sabonis are both questionable to play, so that could boost the Bulls’ chances of competing.

It’s been a while since the San Antonio Spurs and Memphis Grizzlies played a meaningful game against each other, but that’s the case for Friday. A win for the Grizz would put them into a tie with the Spurs for the No. 8 seed in the Western Conference.

Another matchup we’d normally be excited for but we aren’t, the Los Angeles Clippers and Golden State Warriors. Instead, we’ve got no Paul George and the Warriors are in the basement of the West, go figure.
