The Houston Texans are trailing the Carolina Panthers 10-3 at halftime in Week 4, and they might need to comeback without wide receiver Kenny Stills. The playmaker suffered a hamstring injury in the first half after making his second reception of the game. He limped off the field and was examined in the medical tent before heading to the locker room.

Stills has been declared questionable to return. He was replaced by Keke Coutee.

Fantasy analysis: Hamstring injuries are always problematic, but especially so for skill position players. Stills was coming off a six-reception, 89 yard performance in Week 3, and was looking to build on it against a shaky Panthers defense. In the meantime, Coutee gets a shot at bouncing back from a slow start to the season.

The Texans should have an update at some point in the second half, and if Stills does not return, we’ll hear more after the game. In the meantime, Will Fuller should get a few more looks than normal.
