The Philadelphia Eagles released their final injury report on Wednesday for Week 4 Thursday Night Football, and it featured some good and bad news. Wide receiver DeSean Jackson was ruled out for the game after sitting out all three days of practice due to an abdominal injury. Wide receiver Alshon Jeffery and tight end Dallas Goedert were both removed from the injury report entirely after putting in a full workout. Jeffery and Goedert sat out last week with calf injuries.
Fantasy impact: This is a big boost for quarterback Carson Wentz against a tough Packers defense. The big impact for fantasy owners to note is Nelson Agholor. He was Wentz’s leading target in Week 3 with Jeffery and Jackson both sidelined. He is likely still in line for a solid share of targets, but his drops were problematic. One has to wonder if Wentz might look in a different direction due to lack of trust. Even if Wentz looks his way, Agholor’s opportunities will slide further when Jackson returns.
