The NFL is back for Week 4 and there are some decisions to make at wide receiver. We’ve seen some big names stepping up, while others have raised some questions heading into the quarter mark of the 2019 NFL season.

Keenan Allen has been soaking up targets this season, and turning them into numbers that make him worth of being the top WR. A matchup against the Dolphins leaves blowout potential as his only downside. He flip-flops with Julio Jones this week, who’s having a tremendous season, and drops back to No. 2.

Despite playing with backup QBs, Michael Thomas and JuJu Smith-Schuster both produced in Week 3. That keeps them in the top-10 here in Week 4.

Terry McLaurin is off to a fantastic start to his career, with at least five grabs and a touchdown in each of his first three games. While Washington does stink, Case Keenum has been finding him, and should continue to do so against the Giants.

Week 4 brings with it the first byes of 2019. The San Francisco 49ers and New York Jets are sidelined, which means players like Jamison Crowder, Robby Anderson, Marquise Goodwin, and Deebo Samuel are all sidelined.
