Despite being a limited participant in practice all week, Green Bay Packers tight end Jimmy Graham was not listed on the team’s Friday injury report. He should be ready to go, barring some unknown circumstance, against the Minnesota Vikings this week.
Graham has been dealing with a finger injury, but he managed to play through it last week. He caught three of five passes throw his way for a total of 30 yards and a touchdown in the Packers’ opening week win against the Bears.
It’s been a long time since Graham was the kind of fantasy stud he used to be during his time with the Saints. He was still productive with the Seahawks, but he has looked over the hill since the Packers signed him as a free agent in 2018. He does turn 33 in November, so it’s really not a surprise to see a guy who’s best days are now behind him.
Despite a Green Bay offense that looked pretty underwhelming to start the season, he does play with Aaron Rodgers, so there’s always the chance he’ll have a huge game here and there.
Fantasy Impact: We at least know that Graham is going to play this week, but with a matchup against a tough Vikings defense, he’s unlikely to produce much in the way of fantasy stats.
