What to do with Eli Manning in fantasy football Week 14

Eli Manning returns to the field on Monday Night Football. Will he have fantasy relevance against the Eagles?

Eli Manning returns from the bench to start for an injured Daniel Jones against the Eagles on Monday Night Football. Manning had a bad game against the Bills before getting benched in Week 3 and Jones came in and tore it up against the Buccaneers. Manning’s inability to throw it deep has been a problem for a while and is still going to be his problem moving forward, as he lets defenses play close to the line without making them pay.

Fantasy football analysis: New York Giants QB Eli Manning

The Eagles pass defense remains weak, as seen last week when Ryan Fitzpatrick threw for 365 yards and three touchdowns against them. They have played better of late, having allowed just four touchdown passes in the five games before Fitzpatrick went off on them.

Manning relies on players to do work after he dumps it off to them, so he does have a chance to put up good numbers but it isn’t usually the result of his pea-shooter ways. He may be so fired up to show that he still has some life left, that he comes up big on the national stage, but nothing from his most recent playing time suggests that is likely.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
