Full list of Patriots Super Bowl 54 odds

We’ve got a rundown of New England’s odds to get to and win Super Bowl 54, what potential matchups might look like, and who on the team could win MVP.

It’s rare that we see the New England Patriots playing this early in the playoffs. After losing to the Miami Dolphins in Week 17, Tom Brady and the Patriots will have to play a home game on Wild Card weekend for the first time since 2009, when New England lost to the Baltimore Ravens. The defending champs aren’t nearly the same team and many believe this is the end of the road for Brady and coach Bill Belichick. But we all know what happens when everybody thinks that ...

Odds to get to and win Super Bowl 54

To reach Super Bowl 54: +650
To win Super Bowl 54: +1200

The Patriots aren’t being viewed in the same light as past teams, so their odds have taken a bit of a hit. New England is behind the Ravens and Kansas City Chiefs in terms of odds to make it out of the AFC. The Pats are also 6th in odds to win the Super Bowl, behind the Ravens, Chiefs, San Francisco 49ers, New Orleans Saints and Green Bay Packers. It’s not all the time we see Brady and the Patriots as clear-cut underdogs heading into a playoffs. It may be a decent opportunity to take advantage of steeper odds for a team that has made it to the Super Bowl three straight seasons.

Super Bowl 54 matchup odds

The Patriots don’t have an outcome inside the top 6 among potential Super Bowl matchups. The most likely game we could see is Patriots-49ers. It’s a bit interesting that the bottom three teams in the NFC all have the same odds to face the Pats in the Super Bowl. Both the Eagles and Seahawks shouldn’t be overlooked despite limping into the postseason. Russell Wilson had an amazing season and Philly won the Super Bowl a few years back.

Patriots vs. 49ers: +1800
Patriots vs. Saints: +2500
Patriots vs. Packers: +4000
Patriots vs. Eagles: +10000
Patriots vs. Seahawks: +10000
Patriots vs. Vikings: +10000

Exact Super Bowl 54 outcome odds

Again, once you get past the Niners and Saints, the Patriots are pretty much favored against any other NFC opponent in the Super Bowl. This I think overvalues the team New England has right now against its recent history. Outside of an elite defense, this Patriots offense isn’t anything close to what we’re used to seeing. I’d worry about the Pats going up against the Seahawks and Packers in a potential SB matchup. Green Bay has a pass defense that can match up well and Aaron Rodgers, while Seattle has Russell Wilson.

Packers beat Patriots +7500
Patriots beat Eagles +12500

Super Bowl 54 MVP odds

Wow, no Gronk listing just for the lawlz? Feels bad ... So other than a surprise return from Rob Gronkowski in the Super Bowl, I think it’s obvious who would win MVP if the Patriots do end up winning again. It’d be hard to imagine anyone else topping Brady after winning his seventh ring in a potential last game of his career. For this reason/storyline, it’s hard to bet on anyone else — the other four names would have to have INSANE performances to take home MVP over Brady.

Tom Brady +1600
Julian Edelman +5000
Sony Michel +10000
James White +10000
Stephon Gilmore +15000
Jamie Collins +15000
