The Green Bay Packers seem to be getting slept on heading into the playoffs. By the way fans talk about this team on social media, it’s as if nobody is aware that this team went 13-3 in the regular season. They won the NFC North, have a bye in the first round of the playoffs and seem pretty well set up to make a Super Bowl run. I don’t think we can ever count out a team led by Aaron Rodgers.
Odds to get to and win Super Bowl 54
To reach Super Bowl 54: +400
To win Super Bowl 54: +1000
Despite having a bye, the Packers have the third best odds to reach the Super Bowl in the NFC — behind the New Orleans Saints. Even though the Saints were likely the better team, the Packers have a much easier path to making a playoff run. A lot of this is likely because of the public perception surrounding the Packers.
Super Bowl 54 matchup odds
There are six possible opponents if the Packers reach the Super Bowl. It is no surprise the odds increase in order of seeding. Packers-Ravens has the shortest odds of the six potential matchups and Packers-Bills has the longest odds.
For quarterback legacies, a matchup between the Packers and Patriots would surely draw a ton of hype. We could potentially see Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady go head-to-head in a game that many would possibly consider for the mantle of greatest QB of this era. In a similar vein, a showdown between the Packers and Chiefs would be fun game between Rodgers and Patrick Mahomes.
Packers vs. Ravens: +850
Packers vs. Chiefs: +1400
Packers vs. Patriots: +4000
Packers vs. Texans: +10000
Packers vs. Titans: +12500
Packers vs. Bills: +15000
Exact Super Bowl 54 outcome odds
With six opponents, the Packers could have 12 possible outcomes. One thing that I find notable, is the expectations of the Packers vs. the AFC. Not only does it appear the Ravens and Chiefs would be favored over the Packers. but also looks like DK Sportsbook would favor the Patriots in a Super Bowl matchup against Green Bay. The Packers are not getting much respect for being the second seed in the NFC.
Ravens beat Packers +1250
Chiefs beat Packers : +2200
Packers beat Ravens: +2200
Packers beat Chiefs: +3300
Patriots beat Packers: +6000
Packers beat Patriots: +7500

Packers beat Titans: +17500
Packers beat Bills: +20000
Texans beat Packers: +25000
Titans beat Packers: +32500

Super Bowl 54 MVP odds
If the Packers win the Super Bowl, it’s hard to envision anybody other than Aaron Rodgers winning MVP. Aaron Jones and Davante Adams are the only other offensive players listed on the MVP list, while you get Blake Martinez and the Smiths on defense. The award is heavily skewed toward quarterbacks, but both Smiths make sense as long shot bets.
Aaron Rodgers: +1100
Aaron Jones: +3200
Davante Adams: +6600
Blake Martinez: +15000
Preston Smith: +20000
Za’Darius Smith: +20000
