The LSU Tigers are crushing the Oklahoma Sooners in the first half of their CFB Playoff semifinal matchup, and the Sooners are getting desperate. Lincoln Riley’s offense dialed up a trick play that turned into a big play for LSU.

Quarterback Jalen Hurts threw a backwards pass to wide receiver CeeDee Lamb. The receiver ran back toward Hurts and pitched the ball back to his QB. Hurts wound up and threw deep to wide receiver Nick Basquine only to have Kary Vincent, Jr. jump up and snatch the ball away.

Nothing is going right for Oklahoma right now as they trail 35-7 with 9:17 remaining in the second quarter. LSU is putting on a clinic right now on both sides of the ball.
