If you want to come out on top when the last regular season DFS contests of the year are done it’s best to explore bargains at every position. Finding value picks at tight end can be tricky, but we did our best to find you some quality options.

Here are the tight ends we think you should consider using as punt plays in Week 17’s 15-game slate.

Running Backs

Mike Gesicki ($4,000), Dolphins

Gesicki lit the Bengals up last week, accounting for 26.2 DKFP after catching six passes for 82 yards and two scores. The second-year tight end was targeted a season high 12 times in the contest. That was a step up from his previous season high of eight, which was set in Week 15. The Dolphins have made it clear that they aren’t going to be shy about throwing the ball so expect Gesicki to get plenty of opportunities against the Patriots. Especially since Miami’s running back situation isn’t ideal.

O.J. Howard ($4,300), Buccaneers

Howard has matched his season high for targets (7) in back to back weeks and Jameis Winston has thrown the ball at least 42 times in three consecutive contests. Mike Evans and Chris Godwin should benefit the other pass catchers on Tampa Bay. Howard hasn’t taken advantage so far but he still has a chance to capitalize on his situation before the season is over.

Jonnu Smith ($4,200), Titans

Despite only having 35 receptions in 2019, Smith has been very productive as of late. He has reached double-digits in DKFP in three consecutive contests while averaging fewer than five targets per contest. He’s scored two touchdowns in the past three weeks and this is the first time all season he’s been priced at more than $3,800 in daily fantasy. He’s made the most of the balls that’ve come his way this season and should continue to do so moving forward. Houston’s poor pass defense makes Smith a great choice this week.
