D.J. Chark expected to get in second straight practice session

Jaguars WR D.J. Chark is back at practice after missing Week 15 with an ankle injury. We break down the fantasy football implications.

The Jacksonville Jaguars returned to practice on Thursday, and for a second straight day, wide receiver D.J. Chark is going to get in work. He missed Week 15 with an ankle injury, but was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday as the Jaguars prepare for the Atlanta Falcons. The team announced Thursday morning that he will practice again.

Chark injured his ankle in Week 14 and was a DNP all last week. He was cleared this past Monday to start running and cutting, and he would appear to be on track to have a shot at playing on Sunday.

Fantasy football analysis: Jaguars WR D.J. Chark

Odds are good Chark will be listed as questionable on the final injury report. He’s a strong start if he is active, but this could come down to a game-day decision. If active, he’s clearly not at 100 percent right now, so that will be something to consider in setting your lineups for this weekend.

Dede Westbrook and Chris Conley benefit in Chark’s absence. Westbrook remains a decent start if Chark plays, while Conley loses most of his fantasy value.
