UPDATE: The Bucs placed Scotty Miller on injured reserve.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers had a walkthrough practice on Tuesday to kick off Week 16, and wide receivers Chris Godwin and Mike Evans were both DNPs in the early going, according to beat writer Rick Stroud. Jameis Winston was limited as he will continue to do light work as he rehabs his fractured thumb.

Evans injured his hamstring on Week 14 and Godwin injured his in Week 15. Neither is expected to return this season, but the team has not placed them on injured reserve. Breshad Perriman is the top receiver in their place, and Scotty Miller and Justin Watson are the next two up. Miller was a DNP on Tuesday as well due to his own hamstring injury.

Fantasy football analysis: Bucs wide receivers

The Houston Texans are a great matchup for the Bucs receivers. Perriman is a must-add on the waiver wire. Miller is worth an add, but keep an eye on the injury report the rest of the week. Watson is a deeper option if Miller can’t play.
